Directions
Adults: Take two (2) tablets per day in the morning. Can also be taken two hours before important meetings or tasks requiring sustained focus. Or, use as directed by your health professional. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water.

Active ingredients per tablet: Panax quinquefolius (American Ginseng) root ext. dry conc. 100 mg Equiv. to root dry 300 mg Alpinia galanga (Galangal) rhizome ext. dry conc. 150 mg Equiv. to rhizome dry 1.5 g Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) leaf ext. dry conc. std. 444.45 mg Equiv. to leaf dry (minimum) 4.44 g Equiv. to Caffeine 40 mg
WARNINGS: Contains Sulfites. Adults only. Each tablet contains 40mg caffeine. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. In very rare cases, green tea extract may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
