Directions
Adults: Chew (do not swallow whole) 1 tablet two times a day.
Children 4-8 years: Chew (do not swallow whole) ½ a tablet once a day.
Children 9-17 years: Chew (do not swallow whole) 1 tablet once a day.

Each tablet contains: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 735mg Sodium ascorbate 298.1mg equiv. to ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 265mg Total ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 1g d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate 16mg equiv. to vitamin E 19 IU Rutoside 19.5mg Zinc (as zinc gluconate) 5mg Betacarotene 375 micrograms
