Kava has been traditionally used for hundreds of years as a ceremonial drink to promote a state of relaxation in the Pacific Islands.
Kava extract has also shown in clinical studies to relieves symptoms and reduces the occurrence of symptoms of mild anxiety.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food. For Sleep support, take 1 2 capsules one hour before bed. Or as advised by your healthcare professional.
