Directions
Adults 18yo+: Take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your health professional. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.

Each Film Coated Tablet: Thiamine Hydrochloride 76.26 mg Equiv. to Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 60 mg, Nicotinamide 100 mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 40 mg, Calcium pantothenate 54.35 mg Equiv. to Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 50 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 60.78 mg Equiv. to Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 50 mg, Folic Acid 400 micrograms, Biotin (vitamin H) 50 micrograms, Mecobalamin 150 micrograms, Choline (as choline bitartrate 335.49mg) 138 mg, Inositol 60 micrograms.
