Directions
Take only one dose recommendation, or as professionally prescribed. Dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of water and drink immediately.
Adults – Take 1 tablet once a day.
For added immune support from Echinacea: Adults – Take 1 tablet three times a day.

Ingredients
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) (1000mg), Echinacea purpurea (echinacea) extract dry conc. 50mg equiv. fresh herb top flowering 300 mg, Zinc gluconate (zinc 5 mg) 34.8 mg.
Contains benzoates, sorbates, sugars and sulfites. Contains 322 mg sodium per tablet.
