Directions
Adults – Take 2 tablets once a day, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.
Ingredients
Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) extract dry conc. 150mg equiv. dry flower 600mg, Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate (Magnesium 55mg) 266mg, Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) extract dry conc. 150mg equiv. dry leaf 600mg, Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Ziziphus) extract dry conc. 250mg equiv. dry seed 5g.
