Blackmores Magnesium is formulated with Magnesium Citrate, a well absorbed form of magnesium to increase magnesium levels in the body. Directions
Adults
• General Health - Take 1 tablet once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional.
• Muscle Cramp & Mild Muscle Spasm Relief - Take 2 tablets once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional.
• Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours. Take with food.
