Caruso's Ashwagandha + Sleep utilises KSM-66 Ashwagandha, a certified organic, full-spectrum extract of the root of the Ashwagandha plant; Magnesium amino acid chelate, an elemental magnesium which is bound to an amino acid carrier to assist with absorption; and Hops, a herb traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to induce sleep.

Directions
