Directions
• Adults only.
• To support digestive & gastrointestinal system health: Take 1 capsule daily. with food, or as advised by your health professional.
• For relief of indigestion & heartburn systems: Take 2 capsules per dose, up to 3 times per day. Take with food, or as advised by your health professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (6 capsules).

Magnesium Carbonate Hydrate 500 mg
Lactobacillus Johnsonii (LJ 1088) (Postbiotic) 260 mcg
Bifidobacterium Lactis (HN019) 1.8 Billion CFU
