Carusos Sleep More - 60 Tablets
Caruso’s Sleep More is a herbal sleeping tablet with five herbs to relieve sleeplessness and improve the quality of your sleep. It contains Hops and Passion Flower which reduce the time you take to fall asleep and promote deep sleep. The Green Tea and Kava in Caruso’s Sleep More reduce the symptoms of mild anxiety, calm the mind and help to support emotional wellbeing, whilst Ziziphus relieves restlessness and excess nervous energy.

Directions
Adults: take 2 tablets with food 30 to 60 minutes before retiring, or as advised by your health professional.
Tablet can be broken in half and/or crushed for ease of consumption.
