Caruso's Super Magnesium Glycinate + Sleep was specially formulated to help you get the sleep you've been dreaming of!
Containing a combination of Magnesium Glycinate and Magnesium Bisglycinate, plus herbal extracts of Hops and Valerian, this formula relieves sleeplessness and restless sleep and reduces the time to fall asleep. The herbal ingredients in this formula, Hops and Valerian, have also been traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine for their calmative actions, to induce sleep, relieve nervous tension and reduce restlessness.
Caruso's Super Magnesium Glycinate + Sleep also supports a healthy stress response in the body, supports muscle relaxation and maintains muscle health and nervous system health and function.

Directions
For Muscle Relaxation, Nervous System Health & Healthy Body Stress Response Support:
Adults take 1 tablet daily with food, or as advised by your health professional.

Adults take 2 tablets daily with food, or as advised by your health professional.
Caution: Large Tablet - Tablet can be broken in half and/or crushed for ease of consumption.

Appearance:
Oval shaped, beige or brown mottled tablet with a clear, colourless film coating and a break bar on one side
