Directions
Step 1: Use the precision spoolie to apply a small amount of gel onto dry brows.
Step 2: Brush hairs back & forth to fully cover with product.
Step 3: Shape brows with the comb, then gently press up & out into brows with the brush to set hairs for a laminated look.
