Recommended dosage & directions Adults and adolescents: Take 1 tablet about the same time each day, 1 hour before or after meals. For best results take Premular for a minimum of 3 months, or as recommended by your health professional. Vegetarian friendly formula. Premular contains no added gluten, wheat, yeast, soy or artificial colours or sweeteners. Premular tablets contain a small amount of lactose (40mg per tablet).
