Directions
Recommended dosage:
Adults: Take 3 tablets a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take 2 tablets a day to relieve mild osteoarthritis symptoms and joint pain, based on traditional use in Ayurvedic medicine.

Total curcuminoids 368mg
Black pepper (Piper nigrum) BioPerine fruit 3.75mg, min. dry equiv. 60mg std. to piperine 3.56mg
