Henry Blooms Herb-a-lax compounded herbs is a gentle, yet effective natural laxative which also relieve wind. Created using a special formulation of senna leaf, buckthorn bark, psyllium seed, dill seed and liquorice root powder. Psyllium provides a great source of fibre and together with liquorice root powder has a gentle soothing action on the bowel. Dill seed has a carminative action on the bowel and helps reduce digestive discomfort.
Each caps contains Senna leaf dry 284 mg equiv. hydroxyanthracene glycosides as sennoside B 7.1 mg, Rhamnus frangula (Buckthorn) bark dry 23 mg equiv. glucofrangulins as glucofrangulin A 1.61 mg ,Psyllium husk dry 6 mg, Anethum graveolens (Dill) seed 6 mg, Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) root 6 mg
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily. Drink plenty of water
