Directions
Step 1: Before first use, wash the nightguard thoroughly with warm water and mild soap, then rinse well.

Step 3: Wear the nightguard while sleeping, or as instructed by your dental professional.
Step 4: After each use, remove the nightguard and rinse it with cool or lukewarm water. Clean with a soft toothbrush and mild soap or a denture/nightguard cleaner if recommended.
