Directions
Step 1. Before application, shake the pen.
Step 2. Start building the brow by flicking the liquid pen upwards to create hair-like strokes while filling in sparse areas.
Step 3. Let the product to dry.
Step 4. Lastly, use the clear gel to sculpt brows into desired shape and seal for up to 24 hour wear.
