This lemon and lime flavoured, quality premium fish oil is a good source of the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA reduce inflammation, support cardiovascular health, maintain eye integrity, and support brain health.

Directions
Adults take 1 metric teaspoon (5ml) daily. Children take 2.5ml daily.
