Directions
HOW - Add 60g (1 1/2 levelled scoop) to 500mL of Full Cream Milk or to 300ml of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

POST-TRAINING - Use immediately after exercise within 30 minutes. Maximum one-day intake - 1 serve.
