Directions
Adults: Add 6g (1rounded scoop) to water, suitable juice or liquid, stir until mixed and consume immediately. Consume plenty of water throughout the day.
When: Take 6g (1 rounded scoop) to 12g (2 rounded scoops) a day, immediately before or after exercise, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
