Designed to mimic the appearance of fine hairs, the super-fine angled tip and buildable ink formula allow for controlled, precise application. Reshape, add 3D definition and fill in gaps, then flip to the opposite end to effortlessly shape and tame with the in-built spoolie. Vegan. Paraben, gluten and nut free.
Directions
Use the in-built spoolie, brush through your brows to identify areas needing a little extra definition. Apply Framed Liquid Brow Pen in small, short strokes in the direction of the natural hair growth.
