Directions
Adults only. Take 3 tablets daily with water, or as directed by your health professional. Break, cut or crush the tablet prior to consuming if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water.

Thiamine nitrate, Riboflavine, Nicotinamide, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Cyanocobalamin, Copper (as cupric sulfate), Magnesium (as heavy magnesium oxide), Zinc (as zinc oxide), Folic acid, Inositol, Citrus bioflavonoids extract, Epimedium sagittatum (Horny Goat Weed) herb top extract dry concentrate, Tribulus terrestris (Tribulus) fruit extract dry concentrate, Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian Ginseng) root extract dry concentrate, Panax ginseng (Korean Ginseng) root extract dry concentrate, Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo) leaf extract dry concentrate, Paullinia cupana (Guarana) seed extract dry concentrate.

Warnings
• Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
• This product has been blister sealed for your protection. Do not use if blister foil is broken or damaged.
• Contains 15mg of caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.
• Contains vitamin B6.
