High strength powder providing a triple action formula containing 350mg of elemental Magnesium from Glycinate to support muscle relaxation & nervous system health; Valerian to support deep sleep and healthy sleeping patterns; and Hops traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to soothe nerves and calm the mind.
Directions
Recommended Adults Dosage: Take 9.5g (1 level scoop) once daily an hour before bed. Dissolve in 200mL of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Ingredients
Each 9.5g (1 level scoop) provides:
Magnesium glycinate Equiv. Magnesium 350mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 200mg, Valeriana ocinalis (Valerian) root dry extract 208mg Equiv. Valeriana ocinalis root dry 1.25g, Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit dry extract 100mg Equiv. Humulus lupulus fruit dry 600mg, Glycine 3g, Natural flavours, Natural colour, Sweeteners (Glucose, Thaumatin), Acidity regulators.
In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
