Automatic upper arm blood pressure monitor designed for home self-measurement of blood pressure and pulse rate.
Directions
Step 1: Sit quietly and rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
Step 2: Place the cuff securely around your upper arm as shown in the instruction manual.
Step 3: Press the start button to begin the measurement.
Step 4: Remain still and avoid talking while the device is operating.
Step 5: Wait for the blood pressure and pulse readings to appear on the display.
Step 6: Record your results if needed and turn off the device after use.
