Directions
Step 1: Define your eyebrows using the angled side of the brow pencil
Step 2: Feather a soft line along the upper and lower edges of your natural eyebrow shape
Step 3: Use the flat side of the brow pencil to fill, working in short, feathery strokes and moving in the direction of your natural hair growth
Step 4: Comb through with the spoolie brush end to blend the colour
