Directions
Step 1: Break the seal on the brush to make the bristles more flexible. To break the seal, bend the bristles gently
Step 2: Line your eyes to the outer corners
Step 3: Blend as much (or as little) as you want using the built-in blending brush or your fingers to get your desired eye look
