Two in one brow perfector for a laminated look at home.
One end is a precise angled pencil to shape and fill sparse areas. The other is a clear gel spoolie to brush up and set brows in place. Buildable, easy to use, and long wearing.
How to Use:
1. Outline and fill with the retractable angled pencil where brows look sparse
2. Brush through with the clear gel spoolie to lift and set
3. Add extra coats of gel for a stronger laminated hold
Ingredients:
Brow pencil: C10 to 18 Triglycerides, Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Mica, Synthetic Japan Wax, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Tocopheryl Acetate.
May contain: CI 77891 Titanium Dioxide, CI 77491 Iron Oxides, CI 77492 Iron Oxides, CI 77499 Iron Oxides, CI 77266 Black 2, CI 77510 Ferric Ferrocyanide.
Clear Gel: Aqua Water, Alcohol, PVP, Propylene Glycol, PVM MA Decadiene Crosspolymer, Tromethamine, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol.
