Directions
- Apply your shade of Scandaleyes Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer to the upper lash line, gliding lightly across from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye.
- Using fingers, lightly blend over the line to smoke eyeliner upwards and outwards.
- Retrace eyeliner over the upper lash line to add definition to this smokey look. Then, add mascara to finish.
