Stays firmly in place. Designed and assessed in consultation with foot care specialists. Provides double the cushioning (vs. not wearing insoles).
Directions
Remove plastic backing & look for markings to indicate left versus right insoles.
Place insole into your shoes sticky side down.
Ensure raised area of insole is positioned under natural arch of foot.
Reposition if needed.
Replace after 6 months or first signs of wear.
