Directions
Child Dosage:
2-8 years: Chew one gummy an hour before bed or as directed by a healthcare professional.
9-12 years: Chew two gummies an hour before bed or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla extract 80 mg) equiv. dry herb 400 mg
