Directions
Step 1: Twist pen to release gel.
Step 2: Dry teeth thoroughly before application.
Step 3: Apply a thin layer to teeth, avoiding the gum line.
Step 4: Allow gel to dry for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5: Rinse mouth with warm water.
Step 6: Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use.
Step 7: Use twice daily for up to 5 days, then as needed for maintenance (1-2 times weekly).
