Thompson's Flaxseed Oil 1000MG is a plant-based source of Omega 3, 6 & 9 fatty acids, a great alternative for Fish Oil. It has anti-inflammatory properties to relieve inflammation. It also supports:

Directions
Adults - Take one capsule three times daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: Linseed Oil (Flaxseed Oil) 1 g (1000 mg), equiv. Linolenic Acid (Omega-3) 575 mg, Linoleic Acid (Omega-6) 120 mg and Oleic Acid (Omega-9) 110 mg. Contains encapsulating aids.
NO ADDED: Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, sugars, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds, soya beans. No artificial colours or flavours.
