Thompson's One-A-Day Lutein + Bilberry is formulated for convenience with a one a day dose:

• As an antioxidant, to reduce free radicals formed in the body and their damage to body cells
Directions
Adults - Take one tablet daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.
Ingredients
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER TABLET: Lutein 10mg, Ascorbic acid (Vit. C) 75 mg, Vaccinium myrtillus (Bilberry) ext. 120 mg, derived from fresh fruit min. 12 g (12000 mg), stand. to contain Anthocyanosides 38.9 mg. Contains tabletting aids.
NO ADDED: Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds, soya beans. No artificial flavours or preservatives. Vegetarian/Vegan friendly.
